This a featurette about The Machines that Make our Civilization Run, and the People Whose Ingenuity Created Them. It is designed for daily broadcast, but the episodes are not sequential and it may be aired fewer times. The program began airing nationally in 1988, and is presently heard on many stations nationally, and even abroad. As of March 14, 2023, 3288 episodes have been aired.
