Robert O. Marlin IV is Archivist for the Truman G. Blocker, Jr. History of Medicine Collections at the Moody Medical Library, University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston. He specializes in twentieth-century Latin American, Texan and Southwestern history. Marlin has been widely published and writes on subjects that include Hispanics and the Texas death penalty, Texas-Mexico border concerns, and parole reform. His work also includes 'What Does Al-Qaeda Want?'
